Who do you know who is a gracious stumbler?  No, I’m not talking physically, but in life.  Where are the role models for handling stumbles whether they be sin stumbles, failure stumbles (different than sin stumbles), mistake stumbles (again, different than sin stumbles) or any other kind of stumble? 

Do we have a theology of failure? Not of suffering, but of failure.

We tell one another, "God will work all things out for good." Or, "It wasn't meant to be. God has something else in store for you." And those may be true, but is that all we've got?

 I picked up the phone and heard the strain in my friend’s voice: “I messed up with a married fellow-worker, so the church fired us both.”
