Dr. Harris has traveled extensively in Western Europe, especially in Germany and Italy. And as an ordained minister he has served over the years as pastor of single adults, elder, and adult Sunday school teacher.
With the digital age of bibles, we still need formal equivalent translations. We will always need them. Some people don’t bother to study the bible exegetically or find out what obscure passages mean. We also need literal translations because it tempers some of the extremities in paraphrases.
