I am back in Israel. The tour is gone. I am traveling with a colleague, Stephen Bramer, who has been to Israel numerous times. We will be in the West Bank area the next few days to see sites that are off the beaten path. I will try to send reports and pictures.
Of course, the situation here is always in flux. Though it has been hard to get news, Lebanon finally has a new President. Israel, Syria and Turkey are in talks with the Palestinians about the Palestinian situation. It is always the key issue in talks, especially the future of East Jerusalem.
