Dr. Darrell Bock is Research Professor of New Testament Studies at Dallas Theological Seminary. He also is Professor for Spiritual Development and Culture there. He is an Editor at Large for Christianity Today and is a Past President of the Evangelical Theological Society (2000-2001). Dr. Bock, could you please be a little more clear on what Gregg brought up about sin. Something we get taught in the church today is that "all sins are equal, they are the same in God's eyes". I, like Gregg, believe this is a myth we have heard our whole lives. While all does leave us stained before God, all are certainly not equal. Stealing a pencil from a classmate and raping and killing my mother are not equal in God's eyes. Could you explain a little more about your view?
